Firefox browser returns to Debian instead of Iceweasel.
To install the latest version of Mozilla Firefox you will need to perform several steps The first is to add the following lines to the /etc/apt/sources.list.d/firefox.list file:
# echo -n "deb http://mozilla.debian.net/ jessie-backports firefox-release"> /etc/apt/sources.list.d/firefox.list
Install the key that signed the packages from the repository.
# wget http://mozilla.debian.net/pkg-mozilla-archive-keyring_1.1_all.deb; dpkg -i pkg-mozilla-archive-keyring_1.1_all.deb
Update the package cache and install the browser.
# aptitude install -t jessie-backports firefox firefox-l10n-en
PS The release of new versions of Firefox in this repository (as in any other) may be delayed due to the need to build packages under Debian. :)
Also, if you transfer a folder with a profile from Windows to Firefox older than 46, then you will need to install a language pack .
